Services
Flow-e is an IT company. We manage IT, connect systems, build custom software and give IT advice. We also develop a few products of our own; those products have their own terms.
Advice and project work
- Every assignment starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, planning and price.
- The proposal becomes binding once you accept it in writing, by email or signature.
- Work outside the agreed scope is only carried out after your approval, at a price we agree in advance.
- Our advice is based on the information you give us. We give it to the best of our ability, as an obligation of means.
- Where the proposal or a separate agreement contains other arrangements, those arrangements take precedence over these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on flow-e.be, including but not limited to text, images, logos, design elements, and code, is the intellectual property of Flow-e unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
The information on this website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Flow-e shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the information contained herein.
