What Data We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services:

  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, company name and phone number (both optional), and your message.

How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries submitted through our contact form.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep this website working. Only with your consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure visits to the public website. We do not load these tools on account or Nexus pages. You can accept, reject or withdraw consent using Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored for 180 days.

Third-Party Services

  • Flare: When the website runs into an error, technical details about that error (page, browser, error message) are sent to Flare, our error-monitoring service, so we can fix it. Your IP address may be processed in the process.
  • Hosting: Our website is hosted on Hetzner servers located in the European Union.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: Protects the contact form against spam. Cloudflare processes technical details about your browser and your IP address to do so. Our fonts are hosted on our own server; no data goes to Google Fonts.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 2 years, after which they are deleted.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
